In Firefox Nightly:

1. Load Gmail
2. Press Shift+C

Expected: Compose email in a new window

Result: "Grrr! A popup blocker may be preventing the application from opening the page. If you have a popup blocker, try disabling it to open the window."

Works fine if I Shift+Click the Compose button instead of using the keyboard.
Is this a regression, or a change in gmail?
Same in Firefox 20.  It's been broken for as long as I can remember.
