Point the staging site to it's new VM/architecture

Also - after doing this we'll need to go through the process of internally changing the URL, many ways outlined here - http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

This bug depends on bug 882699.  Basically, someone (usually within MoFo) has to set up and import the new Wordpress data, then verify everything is working.
