I selected America/Montreal. As of today on June 13 2013, we are in dailight saving, which mean with are 4 hours beyond UTC.

Yet the FTE show "UTC -0500" as the time difference.

This is wrong.

I'll post a photo of the screen as soon as I get it out of the cell phone.
