oh, testing and production are two different things.  This will get us green for the test runs that deployed on mozilla-central.

We would need to add this to graphs.mozilla.org and graphs.allizom.org:
insert into tests values (NULL,"tscrollx","tscroll, Frame Rate 10Khz",1,1,11);
