This should say Gecko/20100101, in fact it does on the beta channel, so maybe there's a build config mistake somewhere?
Bug 816749 implemented this in TB 20. Given that there's not significant user impact here, I don't think that change is worth backporting - in the rare case this could break an add-on or site that is unfortunately relying on it, I'd rather let it flow out through the betas into the next release, especially as we are nearer the end of the 17 cycle, rather than the beginning.
