885504 - Really delete accounts when you press "Delete Profile"

Right now we do some whacky anonymization thing, and we should delete accounts properly instead of doing that because it's silly.

Nudging this to verified on stage.

What I did:
- Using my admin account, I invited a test email address to create an account
- Created an account using the test email address
- Using my my admin account, I found the test account profile as well as it's entry in the admin panel
- Using my test account, I went to Edit Profile and chose Delete Profile. Saw confirmation message and was automatically signed out.
- From my admin account, I searched for the profile both through the user interface and the admin panel. No results through either interface.
