[socorro-crashstats] Selecting version has no effect

Details
When I select a version from the version dropdown on https://crash-stats-django.mozilla.org/home/products/Firefox the site switches back to whatever was selected, and the changed version has no effect at all.

I am guessing this is a regression from bug 881629
