I can't access https://errormill.mozilla.org/mdn/mdn-dev/keys/ 

I presume it's because jsocol@mozilla.com is set as the MDN owner? Can we change that to me?
there doesn't seem to be a way to change the owner from jsocol (even tho his account no longer exists). what i have done for you is promoted your account to an administrator for this project. can you please test again and let me know if that sorted this out for you?
