Steps to reproduce:

Reinstalled Norton 360 and Firefox 21. Deleted the extensions files and restarted Firefox. Ran Norton LiveUpdate repeatedly. Confirmed that the Norton Toolbar is installed.


Actual results:

The Norton 360 Toolbar is still not listed in Firefox.


Expected results:

Norton Toolbar should be listed in Firefox under Tools->Add-Ons->Extensions, but nothing is listed there.
