When I look at the API URL that's being hit, I get: {"reason": "Not available in your region."} Victor: are you sure your app is listed as being available in the US region?

- Developer is in US region - App isn't available in US The API should not throw a 451 error when the user is an author of the app, even if it is not available in the user's current region.
