As of Gecko 22, nsIFaviconService is officially deprecated -- let's move the deprecation messages directly in methods currently using this, or replace with mozIAsyncFavicons where possible.

Will fix Fennec tests and fennec deprecation messages

This is redundant as its only used in the already deprecated io/data
