888015 - Install Polish analyzer on elasticsearch boxes

Bug 887944 will need the plugin installed.

The plugin is here:
https://github.com/elasticsearch/elasticsearch-analysis-stempel

I chose version 1.2 locally to match our ES version of 0.20.6:
$ plugin -install elasticsearch/elasticsearch-analysis-stempel/1.2.0

to clarify, we're launching in Poland on July 12th and this is a blocker for that.  So, not critical to fix tonight, but we need it in time to make sure it solves our troubles.  :)
