So, I can't ssh in.

The host is listed in inventory [1] as having an OOB interface at 10.12.49.118 but I can't connect to the IP from the "DC VPN" and additionally in both BuildVPN and DCVPN I can't even resolve the -mgmt hostname bld-linux64-ix-048-mgmt.build.scl1.mozilla.com.mozilla.com

I suspect this is a straggler from the scl1 outage (as of this filing it was down for 2d 13h 48m 52s)
colo-trip: --- → scl1
After a power cycle and ipmi reset, I was able to reach the OOB interface.
