In Bug 782177 we chose to decom talos-r3-w7-006, we need to pull it from DNS and nagios at the least.

If we normally pull from DC decom'd machines we should do that too
DNS and nagios removed.  Handing off to dcops for actual host removal and inventory cleanup.
