https://crash-stats-dev.allizom.org/ is still using the old, now deprecated, PHP WebApp. We need to switch to the new django UI.

It's on http://crash-stats-new-dev.allizom.org (VPN only) right now but it'd be quite easy to replace the crash-stats-dev vhost - I did not even think of this, thanks :) This server is mostly maintained by Socorro devs so I can go ahead and do this, unless you want to jakem

Done, https://crash-stats-dev.allizom.org is now django UI I set up a vhost for crash-stats-dev-php but there's no DNS, if anyone cares let's fix otherwise meh (can use /etc/hosts or set Host header if you need it now)

note: I don't think its worth setting up crash-stats-php.allizom. May be better to wait a day or two and kill all three php envs together.
