When the user changes the language to Russian, the “Edit Bookmark” header text appears truncated in the Bookmarks option screen 

Prerequisites:
Have a website saved in bookmarks

Repro Steps: 
1. Updated to Leo Mozilla Build ID: 20130621070212
2. From the Home screen, navigate to the Browser App
3. Tap on the Browser icon
4. Tap on the URL bar
5. Tap on any site on the Bookmarks tab
5. Tap on the gold star icon
6. Tap on Edit bookmark option

Actual Results:
The Edit bookmark header text is truncated

Expected Results:
The complete text is displayed in full
