This bug deals with UX refinements that we’ll need to make in the show_bug.cgi page for various user roles (source: https://wiki.mozilla.org/BMO/UserRoles):

* Triager
* Community member (bug submitter)
* Administrator
* Patch reviewer
* Patch committer

First, I’m going to focus my work on the triager user role. To quote the page, one of the ways that we could improve the show_bug.cgi for triager is by “providing enhanced bug views providing shortcuts to common changes.”

The attachment outlines ways to make 3 common actions quicker to invoke:
1. Changing status (for example, mark as “confirmed” or “duplicate”)
2. CC people
3. Assign bug to a person

I think that these improvements is only relevant while the bug is on UNCONFIRMED, though. When the bug is on any other state, for instance, changing status should not be as accessible as I have made it in the mockup.

There's useful information in this bug, namely Bram's PDF, but at this time we don't have scheduled work. Let's grab a copy of the pdf and close this for now.
