Description:
In Russian, when opening Facebook app without internet connection the warning message appears but the option "Try Again" (Попробовать сн...) is truncated

Prerequisites:
Facebook or Twitter apps are installed on the main screen

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri/Inari/Leo/Unagi Build ID: 20130711070209
2) In the "Settings" change a language to "Russian"
2) Disable Internet connection from the "Settings"
3) Open Facebook or Twitter app from the home menu

Actual:
The option bar is truncated

Expected:
All strings aren't truncated
