Description:
The month of February will exceed the boundaries of the month portion of the date roller if the device is set to show the Greek language.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130712070210
2) Change the device language to Greek and reboot if necessary.
3) Select Settings then Date & Time.
4) Disable "Set automatically" if it's active then select the Date field.
5) Move the month portion of the date roller until the second month is visible, preferably not in the middle.
6) Observe the appearance of the month in relation to the boundaries of the date roller.

Actual:
The text of the February label exceeds the boundaries of the month portion of the date roller.

Expected:
The text of the February label fits within the boundaries of the month portion of the date roller.

It seems fine on the latest gaia at recent keon build, so I resolve this as fixed.

Verified fixed on Leo 1.1 mozilla RIL.  The February label now fits in the boundaries of the month roller.
