In Hrvatski, Call Forwarding setup menu displays the sub-menu text is truncated/Ellipses to "Cell Broadcast usluga..."

PreReq: Device language set to Hrvatski

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130715070218
2) Open the "Postavke" (Settings) from the home screen
3) Select "Postavke poziva" (Call Forwarding)
4) View what is listed

Actual:
"Cell Broadcast usluga..." is truncated/ellipses

Expected:
The text fits into the sub-menu and not truncated/Ellipses

the "???" we're added accidentally (as a reminder to revisit this translation since this is something not very translatable).

Either just remove the question marks or we should come up with a better translation...
Cell Broadcast is a geographically specific messaging service that overrides usual communication channels and is usually used for urgent information broadcasting, eg. Alerts in case of a Tsunami etc.

In addition, the menu title is truncated "Prosljeđivanje..." (attachment nr.2). 
Shorten to "Postavke proslj." or "Pros. poziva"?

I've removed those questionmarks.
Now, regarding the title 'Postavke proslijeđivanja', I'd rather change it to 'Proslijeđivanje'. By the time user navigates to this section, he will know it's refering to the settings.
