Description:
The notification text for captured screenshot appears truncated on notification screen when the use sets the language to Serbian (српски).

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130715070218
2) Capture a screenshot (pressing power + home on the device)
3) Slide down to see notifications received

Actual:
The captured screenshot notification text appears truncated on the notification screen 

Expected:
The captured screenshot notification text does not appears truncated

Verified it's fixed on Leo COM RIL 1.1
The screenshot notification no longer trancated
