Build is off the tip, Jul 05, 2001.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open two windows
2. load a bugzilla bug in the first window
3. load a long loading url in the second window - say "checkins in the last
week" or something
4. start typing in the text area of the bugzilla bug while the other url is
loading in the other window

When the long loading url is finished loading the caret in the text area will
vanish and focus is removed from the text area.

works ok on mac, needs win32 test, linux
worksforme current win2k and linux (gnome+enlightenment) trunk builds.
Caret stays in textarea after the other page has loaded, and text entry
can be continued.
