Description:
When the user is in the Serbian language and they view the Improve Firefox OS section of Settings, the text for "Never Send a Report" is truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130715070218.
2) Change the OS language to Serbian in the Settings.
3) In the Settings app, scroll down to Improve Firefox OS.
4) Scroll down to the bottom under crash reports and view "Never Send a Report" and notice that it is truncated.

Actual:
The Never Send a Report option under Improve Firefox OS in Settings is truncated.

Expected:
Never Send a Report option should not be truncated.

The issue still reproduces on Leo COM RIL 1.1
The option "Submit performance data" has been changed, but still truncated with the new version, see the screenshot
