Description:
The header text for the Wi-fi page appears in English even when the device is set to display the Turkish language.

Repro Steps:
1) Flashed Leo to Build ID: 20130716070204
2) On the Language page, select Türkçe.
3) Tap Next, then tap next again if there is an active SIM in the device.
4) On the Wi-Fi page, observe the appearance of the header text.

Actual:
The text is rendered in English.

Expected:
The text is rendered in Turkish.

Verified it's fixed on Leo V1.1. COM RIL,
The Wi-Fi Header is no longer truncated
