Per a discussion in today's B2G cross-functional meeting, there was a consensus to terminate gaia-unit-tests on ubuntu-32, leaving them running on ubuntu-64 only.  The only branch on which they're run on ubuntu-32 is cedar.

I'll follow-up with a post to dev.gaia
