 There is no rejected retrieval mode for MMS.

 From PICS:
 ics_rej_retrival	Rejected Retrieval mode	
 
 Enter to Settings->Cellular & Data->Message settings, didn't find Rejected retrieval mode->ko
 
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 From the PICS, there should be rejected retrieval mode .

What's the advance about this problem on v1.3? We have waived it once.
Not a regression = not a blocker. We've minused this for past releases, so the decision still stands.

We aren't taking any features at this point. Sorry, but this isn't happening. If you have further concerns, then please talk to Vance.
