Snippets 4/5 are already set up for this. The code is here:

A couple other items that might be worth verifying when we do this:
* are application cache settings on snippets 6/7 the same as on snippets 4/5?
* is newrelic set up for snippets 6/7 (host and application)?
looks like we're good to go here. i just did a chief deployment and it was pushed to all of the web heads, including 6 and 7.
