Details

In 0.9.2+ (nightly build) some remote ports seem to have been blocked.
for example, when accessing a server via port 1080 (http://localhost:1080/) an
error message appears:access to the port number given has been disabled for
security reasons.

Hopefully you folks don't mean that seriously...
Closing as a dup.  Note also that bug 85601 appears to contain the workaround
for this.
