Details

I just downloaded the Seamonkey 1999-06-28-08-M8 build.  After installing
Seamonkey, I clicked on the sidebar open/close button which closed the sidebar
successfully.  When I tried to click the open/close button again, suddenly the
button width increased significantly to be 1/4 of the screen which reduced the
space available for the sidebar and page information.
OS: Windows NT → All
Hardware: PC → All
this problem is x-platform, cc'ing matt
