I cant push to mozilla/projects/birch, I have l3 access. Strangely I was able to push from a mozilla office last week, however from hom I have never been able. Authentication all seems to be fine

    $ hg push ssh://dharvey%40mozilla.com@hg.mozilla.org/projects/birch
    pushing to ssh://dharvey%40mozilla.com@hg.mozilla.org/projects/birch
    searching for changes
    abort: push creates new remote head 00d87dd6d56e!
    (you should pull and merge or use push -f to force)
     
    ... fix race

    abort: unexpected response: empty string
Your user account did not contain scm_level_2 access (it contained level 1 and level 3). I've added level 2, you should no longer receive permission denied errors.
