 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  It can not display contacts when add contact from phonebook in SMS.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 Precondition: Exist some contacts in Phonebook
 Steps:
  1.Open the SMS app.
  2.tap on the "+" in the upper right corner.
  3.There are no contacts in the contacts list.--KO
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  It should appear the contacts list successfully.
