What is your device and Android version? Can you provide the logcat using aLogcat?

Looks like an out of memory condition, I see in your log a whole slew of apps dying but no specific crash stack. I also see a stack written to traces.txt. Can you pull and attach to this bug /data/anr/traces.txt off of the device?

Unfortunately there's absolutely nothing Gecko related in that stack trace dump. There's not much to go by here. Do you see the same thing using the device provided rom on your device? Have you isolated the issue with CyanogenMod only? We've seen CM and pre-release ROMS using different kernels yield many problems that end up being a problem with the ROM or kernel itself.
