 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 Silence incoming call function abnormal.
 
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Access Settings->Sound->Set Ringer&notification volume to a low level approach 0(not silence,maybe 0.5)->long press power key to choose "Silence incoming calls" -> Status bar doesn't display silence icon->KO
 2.Recieve an incoming call->Handset has no ringtone.
 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 Silence incoming call function should be normal.->OK
