Details

Bug 892486 added telemetry for how many top-level pages Firefox loads from appcache.

But since we have the prompt, I believe many people just close the prompt and never allow offline caching the site.

nsContentSink::ProcessOfflineManifest should be added a telemetry to count pages with or w/o the manifest attribute.
