900193 - Bad rendering of the PDF after resetting zoom from the lowest level

Issue found during testing bug 900075.

STR:
1) Open http://mobile.free.fr/
2) Zoom in to the max (Ctrl- 5x)
3) Open the PDF "Conditions générales de vente de téléphones mobiles" at the bottom
(or go to http://mobile.free.fr/docs/Conditions_Generales_de_Vente_de_Terminaux.pdf)
4) Reset zoom (Ctrl+0)

Result: the rendering of the PDF is blurry and shifted.

Should be fixed when we fix that same bug, but we'll leave this open to verify.

Browser's fullzoom should not apply to pdf document.
Pdf document should be treated like Synthetic Document(such as a document representing a standalone image, video, audio, or the like.)
