 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  It popup "no application to open" when enter message
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  1.Launch message app
 
  2.Create an MMS,record a video
 
  3.Tap the video,view
 
  4.Tap home key,launch video app
 
  5.Wait for a while,tap home key,then tap message icon->it popup "no application to open"->KO
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  It should not popup the notification.

And I can reproduce this pr all the time with 100% reproduce rate.
