  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Save a contact: A:10010
 2.Long press home key,clear call app
 3.Open dialer,input 10010
 4.Can not search contact "A"--KO
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
 It should be search out contact "A" even if dial the number first time.

This is still reproducible on latest buri V1.2. It's not reproducible on buri V1.3.

STR:
1. Create a contact: with name 'A', mobile phone number '10010'
2. Restart device or kill Contact app
3. Open Dialer and immediately dial '10010' (need to dial the number right after Dialer is loaded)
   --> Can not search contact "A". After a while, dial again, the contact can be searched out.
