Details

We've been able to deploy socorro's unified tarball successfully to production and infrastructure is all green, so it's time to decommission the old repo and ci pipeline.
removed jenkins jobs, removed repo webhooks, merged b4fb8e14878a1217d9f424c13002c2002f25d900.
