901956 - window.open frames resized wrongly after toggling keyboard in landscape

STR:
1. Open UI Tests
2. Tap window.open
3. below "Call on mozbrowser frame:", tap window.open button
4. rotate phone to landscape
5. tap on "focus me!" input to bring up keyboard 
6. tap on places outside input to hide keyboard
7. rotate phone to portrait
Excepted:
The popup frame is resized to occupy the whould screen except the status bar
Actual:
The popup frame isn't resized and user can see the underlying window

May be a regression from bug 840147. We don't have many chance to open
a frame that can be rotated in Gaia, but this need to be fixed.
