Details

On bug 901041 we deleted the second step from tutorial, but due to string-freeze state, we didn't modified the strings for translation.

We need to do so, and redirect each step to the proper string.

This does not sound like a blocker given we are FC in 1.2 and we shipped with the same in 1.1. Can this be taken care in 1.3 timeframe ?
