I'm working on bug 779529, which will hopefully make it easier for people to file bugs tracking new intermittent failures. As part enticing people to file new intermittent orange bugs, it'd be nice to be able to pre-select the "ignore all bugmail for this bug" field, so that the filer doesn't have to get all of the bugspam from an intermittent bug.

Currently, that field only exists for already-filed bugs. It'd be nice to have it on the bug creation form, at least as a hidden field that can be set from something in the URL.
