Details
The feature requested is to have in the filter the criterion of what folder this filter will run on. This is like having a non global setting of the folder for all filters. Individually a filter can apply to a folder whereas the next filter could be run on a different folder. Currently the filter feature does the filtering on on folder unless one changes the folder and selects only the filters that will be run on a different folder. This issue would help solve my approach that I took to create a filter to forward an email in my junk folder when I have other filters that run on my inbox. See bug id 903281.
