Using Cordova's Connection API call should map to a Gecko API.

Vishy: What API should this map against? As I understand it this is only very partially implemented in the platform right now?

We will have to remove this from the MVP as support for NetworkInfo API is not present currently in FFOS. We are discussing support for figuring whether the user is on Wifi or not for 1.2
