Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to open URL http://www.irs.gov

Actual Results:  Blank page, browser indicates loading, nothing happens.

Expected Results:  Load the site.

Can access the site with Konqueror
WFM 2001070906 Linux.  
I can load the page on Mac OS X, but the site feeds Mozilla a text-only version.
