how many notifications are there?

We can't block on vague performance issues - we'll need a spec for v1.2 and beyond with targets for performance: number of notifications supported at what expected performance levels.

Minusing again - please do not renominate without addressing the comment 2 - if there is no agreed upon performance target we cannot block on vague reports of things being "slow".

koi? so we have this in the radar for next releases
ni? reporter to provide more solid information

I may have seen this previously once on my keon. I had many text and missed call notifications that built up over a week. I would guess on the order of 50. The entire user interface became so slow to the point of being unusable when I tried to clear the notifications (clear all). I had to reboot to recover the phone.

This was on 1.0.1 running the keon OTA firmware.

I don't know if this is the issue the original reporter saw as well, but thought I would share that as well.
Canceling the needinfo for Sandip. We talked in triage, and he's adding notification to ongoing tracking for performance targets.

Regarding this specific bug, we need to following information from the reporter:

* How many notifications?

* What application or applications were the source of the notifications?

* Please describe the performance concern. For example, was it the speed/responsiveness of opening the notification tray? Or was it while interacting with notifications?

Conclusion: blocking- until we get actionable information from the reporter.

> how many notifications are there?

I try my best to ask the reporter this question.
Thanks!
