Description

[Pascal Chevrel:pascalc (PTO until April 26)]

We have blogs in several languages/regions, in templates we currently include a direct link to the US blog, but we should adapt it per locale, for example:
https://www-dev.allizom.org/fr/about/

The press link should go to https://blog.mozilla.org/press-fr/
and not to https://blog.mozilla.org/press/

fixed on stage https://www.allizom.org/en-US/about/ press link works as expected.
