Description:
Homescreen applications (Gallery, FM Radio, Marketplace, Music) appear in English.
Also after "Long press" on the homescreen, the "Gallery" menu is not localized

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130814041202
2) In "Settings" change a language to Srpski
3) Go back to the "homescreen" and observe the apps names
4) "Long Touch" on the "homescreen"
5) Observe the "Gallery" option

Actual:
Some apps aren't localized

Expected:
All apps titles are localized

Verified the bug is fixed on Leo COM RIL 1.1
Applications are localized on the home screen
