- Warning for 90x icon
- Add notices for desktop icon sizes (link to relevant platform style guides)

As it turns out, icons larger than 256px can cause crashes in certain builds of FXOS (e.g. 512x512, see bug 913324), so asking developers to include those icons for now is out of the question.
