Description:
In Turkish, when the Permission dialog appears, the "more info" dialog isn't localized

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130814041202
2) In "Settings" change a language to "Turkce"
3) Open the "Camera" app from the homescreen

Actual:
Permission dialog appears in English

Expected:
All strings are localized in the "Permission Dialog"

Turkish is still missing some strings

Last time it was just a matter of doing a new export from the tool they're using.
