Current Icons (either 1x or 2x) are not clear enough for tablet.

We'd request new icons for every apps and will define them in manifest.

Is it ok to copy icon@1.5x(90x90), icon-2x(120x120) as icon_small, icon_medium to every default apps' manifest?

from UX feedback, in current stage we'd add GAIA_DEV_PIXELS_PER_PX=2 in build option to use 2x image, instead of add different size icons in manifest.

Yes we will use 2x images(120*120px) to shrink into 100*100px for the current stage. Thanks!
